We are currently seeking a Java / DOT Net Application Support Lead (Remote) to join our team in United States (US).

This position is for a customer-facing Java / DOT Net Application Support Lead.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides direction and guidance for Delivery and results for the assigned Group of resources within a Project or function or work area.
• Tracks business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations.
• Accomplishes results through the efforts of team members
• Directs the efforts of others and provides oversight into all aspects of project delivery-both at Operational and strategic levels.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with resources and Client Managers.
• Executes and manages functional goals for the group assigned
• Responsible for SLA/KPI/Ticket tracking and Management
• First Point of escalation for all Customer and internal escalations
• Manage projects with good number of resources without any issues
• Status (WSR/MSR/QBR) reporting for internal as well as external stake holders for the group assigned
• Manage all Deliverables with the help of assigned resources onshore/off-shore
• Responsible and Drive for the creation of Ideas, Automation and Innovation
• Resource Management and allocation based on Workload and Priority.
• Continuously integrates and deploys developed software. Updates the continuous integration/deployment scripts as necessary to improve continuous integration.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Technical Team lead experience.
• 8+ years of Technical experience in supporting/developing Java/DOT Net/e-Commerce apps and resolving technical issues
  • Full Stack .Net developer (.Net + Angular + WebServices + Web API
• Good People Management skills are a must
• Knowledge of incident management, problem management, problem resolution and experience in tools like ServiceNow
• Knowledge in the ITIL process
• Knowledge of core java, oops, multi-threading, multi-processes, Spring, Spring boot, and Microservices.
• Knowledge and experience with Relational Database: MySQL/ Oracle/ PostgreSQL.
• Experience in using .NET framework 4.0, MS SQL Server, CSS, HTML and JavaScript, Angular, Python, MongoDB, Oracle, Informatica, Weblogic, Apache, Perl, Open JDK, Postgres,
• Strong knowledge and experience with Linux platform and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge and experience with the development of Web Services using REST/SOAP/WSDL/XML/SOA.
• Strong knowledge and extensive experience with webMethods Flow and Java services using various types.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (GIT, SVN etc), build repository systems (artifactory or maven), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab CI).
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $64,200 - $128,800 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

NOTE - Preference is given to candidates in EST and CST Time Zones.
