Your Role and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of building and analyzing end-to-end omni-channel customer journeys
- Analyze customer journey data and suggest ways to reduce drop-off points
- Create and manage all campaigns status reports and campaign journeys execution status
- Work with cross-functional teams and agencies from Content Marketing SEO Brand etc to reduce frictions in the campaign journeys and ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints sand at every stage of the buyer journey
- Develop deep understanding of the customers and suggest nurture campaign ideas
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in building and optimizing campaign journeys
- Hands-on experience with journey orchestration on Adobe journey Optimizer
- Strong analytical and data presentation skills
- Familiarity with journey mapping and visualization tools like UXPressia Lucidchart or IBM Journey Designer
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for optimizing campaign performance.
- Experience in designing implementing and analyzing customer journey maps.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and their impact on campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with personalization of content blocks and A/B testing to optimize the customer journeys
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics for campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic troubleshooting and customization within marketing platforms.
- Understanding of customer behavior tracking tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python or R) for data analysis and automation.
- Exposure to marketing attribution models and methodologies.
- Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and their integration with marketing systems.
- Certification in relevant marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience in working with APIs for data integration between marketing tools.
