RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Work with your team to manage and deliver a spectrum of work (online, offline, activation, social media projects), from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning. 
  • Ensure efficient and accurate management of internal financial processes and reportings.
  • Manage internal and external meetings (status, contact report, bookings…).
  • Brief the creative team and coordinate workflow with the traffic manager and media team.
  • Ensure alignment of all aspects of a project and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently as well as coordinate project delivery with client and agency teams.


PROFILE

  • Studies in Marketing, Advertising, Languages, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong interest and understanding of advertising.
  • A first experience/internship in communications or an advertising agency will set you apart.
  • Fluency in Dutch, very good communication skills in English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair
