Junior Accountant with Slovak

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ These delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Scope of duties:

• cash Collection
• dispute management
• answering customer inquiries via email
• creating monthly reports
• sending auto-mailers
• facilitating monthly calls with the client
• balance confirmation project
• analyzing available customer credit limits and providing information to the business
• contacting business partners to speed up invoice processing

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– Slovak fluent
– Czech would be an asset
– Good communication skills both in spoken and in written English
– Good understanding Accounts Receivables (AR) would be an asset
– Ability to work independently prioritize tasks manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
– Ability to work accurately with numbers
– Very good communication skills both in spoken and in written in one of above listed languages
– Working knowledge of MS Excel
– Analytics skills
– SAP and accounting knowledge would be an asset
