Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Scope of duties:

• Cash Collection
• Dispute management
• Answering customer inquiries via email
• First contact point for customers and company’s units
• Creating monthly reports
• Sending auto-mailers
• Facilitating monthly calls with the client
• Balance confirmation project
• Analyzing available customer credit limit and providing information to the business
• Contacting business partners to speed up invoices processing
• Vendor query handling

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
