Junior Application Support Analyst

We are looking for Junior Application Support Analyst to provide administrative support for the InfoNgen platform. If you have a strong interest in guaranteeing customer satisfaction, skilled in using computer systems and internet tools, and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply and join our team!

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers using the InfoNgen platform
• Resolve customer issues and escalate technical problems to senior analysts
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Provide administrative support to help maintain the InfoNgen platform
• Act as a liaison between the technical teams and customers to ensure prompt issue resolution

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• English level B2 or above

Nice to have

• Experience in working in an application support role or a similar technical support position
