The Role 
You will play a key-role within established Finance Team in Poland with responsibility for AR activities related to Global GV entities. The main purpose of the job is: 

  • Constant contact with customers regarding their accounts
  • Working with cross-function teams to provide guidance and resolution on pending collections 
  • Presenting outstanding balances to management with status and updates by account
  • Reconciliation of the accounts
  • Processing receivable invoices and orders
  • Maintaining invoices sent VS goods sent
  • Working on EMEA region hours (9:00-17:00)


What you’ll need to be successful 

  • Good in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of GAAP financial reporting 
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 
  • Quick learner and teamplayer
  • Customer-oriented
