We're looking for a motivated Junior Associate with hands-on mentality to join the Global Luxury Beauty Trade Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and work in a fast-paced environment where you will build business relationships and help develop the necessary skills to work and thrive in the beauty marketing industry.

As a Junior Associate will report directly to the Senior Trade Manager of the Global Marc Jacobs Luxury Trade Marketing team & contribute to the growth of Marc Jacobs global fragrance business.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Bring to life fragrance innovations (gwp's, merchandising, marketing, supply, pricing, digital & IM).
• Connects with key markets, ensuring the implementation of the global strategy of Marc Jacobs.
• Assist the team in operation needs, including but not limited to ownership of launch trackers, countries activity plans, presentations to top management and Fashion House, commercial readiness reports, among others.
• Ownership of global monthly newsletter for all markets.
• Competitive research and trend reports to tailor brand & pricing strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• Available to come to the office as needed, in compliance with Coty omni-working schedule
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week (full time position)
• Obtained a bachelor's degree
• Passion for the beauty industry and marketing strategy
• Detail-oriented, hands-on approach
• Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using excel and other Microsoft office applications

Desirable:

• Degree concentration in areas relating to marketing, management, finance, business administration
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal Skills
• Digitally savvy, active on social media and highly curious about new trends.
• Background in the beauty industry is not a mandatory, but you should be able to showcase your eye for beauty, aesthetics, and design
