Manage administrative tasks focusing on project specific quality documentation and manage special customer requests.

Job Description

What you'll do

• Manage & collect documentation related to customer e.g. quality book, photos, etc.
• Support the audit of quality/management documents
• Support PQE with unit related documentation, photos
• Collect serial numbers and relevant documentation
• Support Document Control Management system (following the expired documents, check and upload documents, manage the workflows and accounts, keep the document folder up-to-date)
• Preparing presentations and reports as needed
• Miscellaneous tasks e.g. scanning documents, update boards, etc.
• Active participation on mandatory EHS trainings and events.
• Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules.
• Immediately report the incidents and near misses to the direct reports and EHS dept.
• Immediately shut down the operation when realized life or serious injury risk present.

What you'll bring

• BSc degree in engineering or relevant field of studies
• Excellent Hungarian skills (verbal & written),
• Good communications skills in English (written)
• Thinking in opportunities instead of barriers,
• Analytical thinking.
