Job Description
Objective of the Role:
As the Junior HR & Office Admin, you will help us build out processes & procedures, take ownership of detailed work, and be a rock for our People Operations and Management Teams to lean on. We are looking for a strong team player who can help DELVE grow to the next level. This role is for a dynamic person who can wear many hats. This is open to a hybrid work environment, but the ideal candidate should be able to work from the Boulder/Denver area area based office minimum 3 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your own role and learn the ins and outs of a growing business.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assisting People Operations team with HR related duties including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and reporting
- Processing HR related paperwork and documentation
- Administering benefits for newly eligible employees
- Routine administrative work relating to vendor management, maintaining digital files, coordinating facility maintenance, receiving deliveries, security system maintenance, and meeting vendors on-site
- Maintaining DELVE Boulder area office including stocking break room area, keeping the common areas tidy and clean, and working with janitorial to ensure a clean and organized office for our staff and clients
- Work with People Operations Team and 3rd party IT relating to employee access cards, building security codes, and computer equipment needs
- Drafting internal communications on behalf of various departments via email, Slack, and BambooHR
- Act as Culture Champion by coordinating team building events such as team gatherings, lunches, company trips, parties, and assisting with SWAG
- Launch lease program for open office spaces, including facilitating needs and communications for tenants
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a Junior HR, Office Assistant, or Executive Assistant role at a fast paced and growing company
- Proven self-starter with strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Proven track record of good judgment to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong project management skills, including organization, prioritization, ect.
- Collaborative nature - comfortable working with multiple teams within an organization, from sales and marketing to data engineering
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to present to clients/partners as needed
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple duties at once
- Innate problem solving skills and ability to grow and thrive in a flexible, fast-paced, and collaborative culture
- Adept at transitioning between strategic and execution responsibilities to maximize client value
- A flexible mindset that is energized, not frustrated, by the messiness common to rapidly growing organizations.
- Experience with Google Workspace Administration preferred but not required

In Colorado, the salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 based on prior experience and qualifications. The salary range outside of Colorado may be adjusted to reflect local market conditions. Delve is an equal opportunity employer.
