JUNIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for contributing to Arrow's market share growth by fostering partnerships and as well as for Network and Security Solutions in the Marketing area. This is a 1-year fixed term contract.

• Execute campaigns across Arrow's vendor portfolio, solutions and services offerings.
• Handle all administration tasks including creating MAFs, submitting pre-approvals and claiming campaigns.
• Maintain backup paperwork, invoices ad proof od performance for vendor claims.
• Plan and spend marketing funds on a quarterly basis
• Track budgets to ensure zero exposure to the business.
• Oversee the internal Sales Lead Program managing allocation and tracking of leads through resellers.
• Develop and coordinate social and digital marketing campaigns to maximize results.
• Keep the networking and security database current by liaising with Account Managers on changes to reseller contact details and interests.
• Work with vendor specialists to distribute relevant networking and security news through The Hub
• Ensure partner contact information is regularly updated in the communications platform.

• Around 1 year of Marketing experience including internships
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in all aspects of marketing communications.
• Good understanding of Microsoft software: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Ability to use your own initiative with confidence to make decisions as and when required.
• Fluency in English language.
