Job Description
Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. OS is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and is considered the backbone of digitization in medium-sized companies. With almost 1,000 highly qualified employees, OS develops and operates the most modern IT systems for our customers, ensures long-term system support, and maintains the availability of critical business processes.Â

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- responsibility and activities necessary to meet the contractual service requirements and is monitoring the Quality of provided service.
- SPOC between customer and operation/production
- order entry gate for the customer
- direct interface to customer in relation to order management process
- tracking and tracing of orders
- proposing and implementing process improvements
- identifying potential risks / blocking points of implementation and delays of order
- managing migrations calls and escalations
- troubleshooting delivery of orders in project management phase
- creating of final price calculations for technical solutions accountable for sending the offer to the customer
- Communication with production to ensure delivery of services in required SLA, OLA and KPI
- Managing customer escalations in deployment phase
- Order management
- Delivering requestor/customer acceptance of delivered service
- Steering of the financial and forecast planning.
- Cost Management.
- Collecting of data and creating reports for account improvement program.
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
• Have Secondary educationÂ
• Have minimum 2 years Experience in ICT Delivery Service Management
• Hold the ITIL V3 Foundation, SeM Basic certificates
• Have good general IT overview and DTAG portfolio knowledgeÂ
• Speak English at least on B2 level and German on level C1

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1170 € /brutto.
