About Upfield
At Upfield, we're embarking on an exciting journey in Denmark, redefining our business model to drive growth with our Danish retail customers. We are building a new team of Key Account Managers to be at the forefront of this transformation. As a Key Account Manager, you will be vital in executing our plans and fostering customer relationships, supported by our Nordic Team in Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
About the position
As a Key Account Manager, you will be able to work with our brands and the dynamic world of plant-based products, contributing to reducing carbon footprint worldwide. This role offers continuous challenges, growth opportunities, and learning experiences. Join us to be part of a team where you are empowered to grow and learn daily.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and accelerate strong relationships between Upfield and our Danish retail customers.
  • Create and execute customer plans based on deep customer understanding powered by category and consumer knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-category marketing, category management, supply chain, and finance teams to drive business performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and follow up on business performance with our customers.
  • Collaborate with the field sales organization to ensure the best implementation of our plans.

  • Extensive experience in Key Account Management from the FMCG Retail business.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member, leveraging the strengths of the Upfield team.
  • Willingness to perform in a role that covers a broad spectrum of hands-on and strategic responsibilities.
  • A growth mindset and a customer-focused attitude, constantly pursuing steps to grow our business and impact the Danish market.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating opportunities internally and externally to foster business growth.
