Overview
BigBear.ai is seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst to join their proven high-caliber team.
An active TS/SCI w/Poly is required. As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in programming and analytics to modernize the provision, tracking, and management of operational content. This role combines technical proficiency with a user-focused approach to enhance organizational awareness and decision-making processes. This position will work on site at either Annapolis Junction or Ft. Meade, MD
What you will do
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the analytic employment of IC query tools and knowledge management platforms.
- Identify requirements, complete essential tasks, and represent the client's interest to a larger enterprise.
- Compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date administrative records and project and maintain active training records.
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic communication and organizational documentation/content.
- Tailor technical content for delivery to different audiences.
What you need to have
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience
- Possess a minimum of five years of experience managing or contributing to developing/managing SharePoint
- General understanding of database fundamentals (relational and no-SQL databases) and cloud computing.
- Basic experience with basic data science tools and fundamentals.
- Knowledge Manager certification and/or a knowledge management repository
- Understand the customers' workflows and prioritize requirements.
- Familiarity with using collaboration software (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to organize, manage, and document project work in conjunction with disparate teams and tasks.
- Experience with writing and editing, including tailoring technical content to different audiences
- Effective communicator, both orally and in writing
What we'd like you to have
