At Kraken Digital Asset Exchange our Institutional Sales team is laser-focused on accelerating the global adoption of crypto among large-scale clients like hedge funds asset managers family offices and high-net-worth individuals. This team is at the forefront demonstrating to major institutions how crypto can transform their business by introducing them to our comprehensive suite of offerings including spot futures custody staking and credit.
Our mission is to create immense value for our clients exceeding their expectations by obsessively addressing their unique needs with tailored solutions that align with their investment strategies and goals.

Now as we scale our operations we are looking to grow the team by hiring the most talented sales professionals on the planet who are curious and passionate about the mainstream adoption of cryptocurrency and the technology that underpins it. We are on the hunt for new Institutional Sales Managers to join our team remotely in the US! We are seeking highly ambitious and experienced sales professionals to spearhead Kraken’s sales initiatives for our qualified custody products and solutions.
The number 1 goal of this role is to grow our client base generating new revenue through new business and ultimately help our clients succeed. You will identify fresh business opportunities by leveraging various sales strategies both inbound and outbound.
Reporting to a Senior Manager this individual contributor role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional eager to shape the future of crypto from a leading position at a top-tier brand!
The opportunity

Support the institutional sales across the US drive client and volume growth for our qualified custody products.

Generate filter and pursue client leads including responding to inbound opportunities and assisting team members in doing the same.

Build trustworthy relationships with our institutional clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Kraken can generate value for them.

Partner up with Marketing Product Strategy and Business Development teams to provide market intelligence develop new product features and leverage competitive advantages.

Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and enhance Kraken’s institutional brand presence.

Be a Kraken advocate in promoting our full product suite of products services and company’s value to new and existing clients.
Skills you should HODL
-
Over 5 years of expertise in trading environments and/or traditional finance sales demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales and expanding business within the institutional sales segment.

Preferably you have experience at a crypto company specializing in financial products for institutional clients. If not a strong conviction in the future of crypto is highly valued and can be a great complement to your background.

Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems conduct analysis and identify innovative solutions.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations with a proven ability to navigate and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks.

A robust personal network within the financial services sector particularly with a focus on institutional and corporate clients.

Fearlessness to innovate boldly move swiftly and take calculated risks.

Passion about the cryptocurrency world and most importantly a learning attitude about new crypto-industry trends.

Believe wholeheartedly in the crypto cypherpunk libertarian values of Kraken described in our Tentaclements document.

Located in the US with fluency in English.
