Job Description

Role: L2 IT Support Associate 

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode) 

Experience Range: 4-7 Years 

Required Skills & Responsibilities: 

  • 4-7 years of experience working in Service Desk for L2
  • Provides the first-line of technical support via telephone, email and remote-connect methods for hardware, network, systems, and software applications for internal users.
  • Relevant experience supporting hardware for workstations, laptops and peripheral devices, network troubleshooting, Windows operating systems, web-based applications, and productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet browsers.
  • Understanding of hardware, software and TCP/IP networking principles.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Patch Management, Anti-Malware, Desktop/laptop imaging, anti-virus, and inventory management tools.
  • Knowledge of computers (PC, Laptop and Mac) and peripherals.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment. Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Ensuring Live Monitoring of Calls, Tickets In Queue, Email, Timely Response on Escalations, Managing Bacjlogs.
  • Windows servers and Clients.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, O365, Creation of mail box, Password resets
  • User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
  • VPN, Internet Concepts, Network Technical Support, Networking Concepts, Internet Fundamentals, VOIP, IP routing and Switching, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP Administration.
  • Support for laptop, desktops, and printers
  • Patching and Upgrading of PC’s – routine upgrades that cannot be performed remotely
  • IMAC: Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMACs)
  • ITIL Certification is a must
  • Oral and written communication, professional, and interpersonal skills, keen attention to details with strategic and holistic mindset, self - motivated and directed.
