The Sr. Technical Lead will be part of a global technical support and delivery organization. This organization supports Iron Mountain client facing content management solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our dynamic IT team. This role involves providing Level 3 (L3) technical leadership and support, leading feature development initiatives, managing code reviews, and supporting sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system management, particularly with ElasticSearch, .NET, and ADFS. The role also requires expertise in team management, project management, and the ability to handle complex technical challenges related to system upgrades, audits, and compliance.
What will you do:

Technical Support & Feature Development:
-
Provide L3 support for system issues, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical problems.

Lead the development of new features, from ideation to deployment.
-
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards.

Sales & Customer Support:
-
Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
-
Configure trust relationships with new customers, ensuring secure and seamless integrations.

Team & Project Management:
-
Manage a team of engineers, guiding their professional development and ensuring project milestones are met.
-
Oversee Git branch management, ensuring smooth code integrations and deployments.
-
Manage sprints and backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient project execution.

Elasticsearch Management:
-
Maintain and upgrade ElasticSearch clusters, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
-
Upgrade .NET ElasticSearch clients, ensuring compatibility and leveraging new features.

ADFS & Certificates Management:
-
Manage ADFS certificates rollover
-
Manage trust relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring secure authentication protocols.
-

Compliance & Audits:
-
Lead the yearly audit process, including preliminary self-audits and the preparation of audit documentation.

Release & Deployment:
-
Manage the release process, including deployment and validation of new features and updates.
-
Ensure smooth and timely deployments, minimizing downtime and disruptions to services.

Qualifications
-
Technical Skills:
-
Expertise in ElasticSearch management, including upgrades and cluster maintenance.
-
Proficiency in .NET web development, (.NET Framework 4.8, WCF, MVC).
-
Strong experience with ADFS, including certificate management and trust relationship configurations.

Advanced knowledge of Git, branch management, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines (Jenkins).

Management Skills:
-
Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
-
Strong project management skills, particularly in agile environments (sprint/backlog management).
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and customers.

Compliance & Audit Experience:
-
Experience managing yearly audits, including self-audits and preparation of audit documentation.
-
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to secure document archiving.
-

Other Qualifications:
-
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with external customers in English and French

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
-
Self motivated with minimal supervision
-
Minimum 5 years experience in leading & supporting IT teams
