Place of work: Priemyselný park 3, Michalovce, Slovakia.
Wage (gross) and other rewards: minimum 1000€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) + annual global incentive plan-bonus and other benefits in compliance with the social benefit program of the company
Contract type: full-time.
Start date: by agreement.
Position Overview:
Label Change Associate is a global position, responsible for coordinating the artwork change for labeling and packaging in Convatec Manufacturing plants, affiliates, and third-party manufacturers.
The core element of this position is to translate or transfer design inputs from the label request process into compliant and implementable art on finished goods by coordinating and managing the label request process with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Legal, Graphic, Project Management, and Packaging teams.This role will be a key resource for coordination and implementation of Market-driven package and label changes using the labeling process knowledge.
The aim of the Labeling Team is to generate production-ready graphics for finished goods.
This position will ensure that work is performed in a manner that is safe, effective and compliant with regulated procedures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates the artwork change for labeling and packaging in Convatec and 3rd parties

Communicates with stakeholders regarding the labeling input from Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Production, Quality, project plan, and priorities.

Provides the labeling knowledge to the organization within the projects
-
Illustrates basic ability to take ideas and instructions from a variety of sources and, with supervision, interpret, organize, and present them in a organized format from concept through completion (print and/or electronic).

Reviews and prioritizes work and other tasks working closely with Team Leader, Manufacturing Sites, Regulatory, Marketing and Graphic Artist. Adjusts priorities according to due dates and interpretation of time necessary for production. Plays a supportive role in planning and preparing designs for new products and projects.

Demonstrates quality mindset and ability to be detailed oriented

Demonstrates ability and desire to learn new concepts and function in the arena of Packaging and Labeling.

Represents the Labeling team on project teams they participate in.
Skills & Experience:

Software administration experience with enterprise business applications. Knowledge of computer information systems and software engineering. Familiar with the Windows Office suite of software tools: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of product commercialization and package development process.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently

The ability to demonstrate a high level of concentration and attention to detail

Qualifications/Education:

Bachelor's degree in industry field

Min. 1 year of work experience

Education and/or background in Project Management tools

Education and/or background with database
-
Broad knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), medical device or pharmaceutical industry standards, and other regulatory requirements

Knowledge of product commercialization and package development process
-
Minimum of B2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Working Conditions
Office-based position with flexible work pattern/hybrid working – 8 days of home office per month
