Label & Graphics Design Specialist / 3PL Support Associate

Position Summary: We’re a growing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Label & Graphics Design Specialist / 3PL Support Associate to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in both creative and operational environments. You’ll help with label and packaging design, support graphics editing in CAD files, manage inventory databases, and assist in daily 3PL warehouse operations including printing labels and packing shipments. Key Responsibilities: • Design and edit labels, packaging, and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator (.AI, .EPS formats) • Make graphical adjustments to CAD files and prepare files for print or packaging vendors • Use and maintain Epson and Zebra label printers to create production-ready prints • Assist with packing and fulfillment of daily 3PL orders • Work in Quickbase or similar database for order and inventory tracking • Help implement and refine basic WMS (Warehouse Management System) processes • Maintain SKU library and product data with accuracy • Support API-based process integrations (bonus) Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (any field – design, business, or tech-related preferred) • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and file formatting (.AI, .EPS) • Experience with label printers (Epson or Zebra) • Database experience (Quickbase or similar) • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask • Comfort in both desk-based and hands-on warehouse environments Preferred / Bonus Experience: • Prior experience in 3PL, fulfillment, or warehouse operations • Knowledge of WMS systems and fulfillment workflows • Experience with API integrations, Zapier, or similar automation tools • CAD software familiarity (basic editing/annotations) Ideal Candidate Traits: • Low-ego, collaborative, and resourceful • Willing to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment • Able to shift between creative, technical, and operational tasks with ease • Eager to make an impact on a small, agile team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Application Question(s): • Do you have professional experience using Adobe Illustrator to create or modify labels or packaging designs? • Are you comfortable editing .AI or .EPS files to match customer branding requirements? • Do you have experience using any inventory or order management software (e.g., Quickbase, Airtable, NetSuite)? • Do you have experience with any API-based integrations or tools like Zapier, Make, or Postman?
