AES Clean Energy (AES) is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst to assist development and project execution efforts as a member of AES's Real Estate team. The Real Estate team is responsible for managing the process of reviewing and curing title, obtaining ALTA surveys, and obtaining franchise and crossing agreements and like documents required for solar, solar + storage, storage only, wind, and green hydrogen projects throughout the country to progress to NTP, and throughout construction. The successful candidate will work closely with the real estate analysts and project managers throughout the project lifecycle as well as the AES Land Acquisition team, providing data management and project support to help these innovative and exciting renewable energy projects come to fruition.

This position can be based in Louisville, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, San Diego, CA, Houston, TX or Richmond, VA. The role requires great attention to detail, organization, technology proficiency and the ability to work on multiple tasks at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with real estate project managers and land acquisition compliance team to support data management in the company CRM
  • Support project documentation and contract management
  • Lead vendor set up process for new prospective landowners and project partners
  • Maintain payments and invoices through project development and construction, with hand-off to asset management at COD
  • Assist with process transfers from title documentation to maintain correct transfer
  • Adhere to internal document management process to ensure correspondence, instruments, records, and all other data are filed, imaged and indexed appropriately for retrieval and analysis.
  • Assist with the review of various legal ownership documents such as but not limited to title commitments, assignments, deeds, estate documents, leases, contracts and other similar legal documents conveying title
  • Help lead creation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing and cash forecasting
  • Assist with key project contract and document deliverables
  • Contribute to project financial closings
  • Other duties as assigned

  • The expected salary for this position begins at $60,000. Factors that may be used to determine final salary offered include relevant experience, skills, location, qualifications and other factors, consistent with applicable law. This position is eligible to receive an annual bonus.
