We are looking for a manager to join our Learning & Development + Talent Management team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in both L&D and Talent Management roles. What work you will be responsible for:

TM:

  • Assist in performance management programs and processes that support a culture of continuous feedback and enable Firm goals and growth

  • Manage Performance & Career Coach (PCC) processes, tools and training to increase colleague retention and engagement

  • Conduct Firm-wide Performance Meetings; ensures logistics, communications, reports and meeting facilitation are on point

  • Ensure data integrity through sound data collection and analytics and provide direction to partnering analysts.

  • Work closely with Service Area and Operations Leaders to drive engagement, performance and development of Firm talent

  • Raise awareness of performance and engagement programs through the Firm’s communication channels as well as through Partner and staff training

  • Work with global TM team for implementation of employee engagement survey strategy.

  • Consult with and guide internal clients with all performance, engagement and development programs and processes.

L&D:

  • Curate content for programs targeted at employees up to the DM level, focusing on general technical and soft skills.

  • Review existing programs, suggesting enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and knowledge retention, or to meet the changing needs of clients, the organization, or the industry.

  • Conduct regular training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and areas for development.

  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand specific training requirements.

  • Coordinate and Facilitate training sessions.

  • Provide reports and recommendations to management based on evaluation results.

  • Continuously enhance training programs based on feedback and evolving needs.

  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers.

  • Ensure adherence to the firm’s quality control procedures.

Basic Qualification and Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in training and Talent/Performance management role.

  • 3-4 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops.

  • Ability to lead a full training cycle.

  • Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.

  • Experience in multiple Performance Management areas, including, Career Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Engagement.

  • Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Human Capital and performance management platforms

  • Excellent decision making and organizational skills

  • Thorough understanding of training processes.

  • Ability to moderate large groups.

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.

  • Good time-management skills 

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in English verbal and written communications

  • Clear, concise, and confident to interact with stakeholders at senior level.

  • Strong commitment and dedication to the position
