Opportunity Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding data analyst to join a Series B digital health company. You will work closely with other clinical analytics experts, clinicians, program implementation and operation experts, informaticists, data scientists, and actuaries to support provider tiering & profiling methodology, policy and certification, and strategize new analytics products as new value adds.Â

What you’ll do:
- Quickly and deeply understand Cohere’s clinical content, products, services and clinical programs and how Cohere’s x-functional collaboration and workflow intersect with healthcare providers’ workflow and patients’ care journey.
- Prototype reusable and scalable analytics products and network intelligence programs that are marketable to clients
- Lead new provider analytics based clinical product solutioning, prototyping, and implementation for new solutions
- Serve as a provider tiering & profiling Subject Matter Expert to other Cohere x-functional teams
- Standardize and manage provider tiering & profiling methodology, algorithm, as well as use cases, i.e. performance improvement programs, referral management, etc.
- Create and manage new analytics products for internal stakeholders and external clients using provider ratings, condition and measure analysis
- Partner and influence x-functionally with other disciplines to solution and productize provider profiling and network intelligence short-term and long-term roadmaps
- Create and manage value proposition of certifications for internal stakeholders and external clients
- Partner and influence x-functionally with other disciplines to solution and productize tiered benefits and patient-facing use cases
 Your background:
- Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, and/or related fields
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in building and creating analytical models and algorithm
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in clinical analytics product development, analytics consulting and go-to-market strategic planning & executing
- Lead new analytics product solutioning, prototyping, and implementation independently with advanced Tableau skills creating internal stakeholder and client-facing analytics products
- Experience owning the analytics process E2E, from scoping to answer business questions, exploratory to define methodology, insights generation, informing actions and scaling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate and influence effectively & x-functionally with Director and above leaders to execute the full life cycle of analysis, including action and results monitoring
- Track record of problem solving, quantitative analytical, and critical thinking skills with advanced knowledge of analytical and programing languages, (e.g., SQL or R, Python)Â
- Extensive experience in using and managing large dataset using medical, pharmacy, and lab claims as well as EHR data
- Passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system and helping ensure every patient receives the best care possible
- Self-starter, able to work independently, able to succeed in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
- Having experience in mentoring more junior analysts and enabling the team to aggressively advance our roadmap is preferred

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
