We’re looking for a Lead Benefit Programs Manager to join our People team

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee Snap’s US time off policies and programs including, but not limited to LOA policies and administration, Holiday schedules, Absence management tracking in Workday, worker’s compensation.

  • Directly manage a team of two leave specialists.

  • Manage relationships with Matrix/Reliance as our leave and disability/life insurance vendor.

  • Manage Snap’s US retirement 401(k) program including Snap’s 401(k) Committee, relationship with Fidelity, compliance reporting and communications. Partner with our international benefits team as necessary to promote global alignment where appropriate.

  • Manage other US tax advantaged account programs (HSA, HCFSA, DCFSA, Commuter FSA) including compliance and ongoing audits.

  • Develop and execute Snap’s financial well-being strategy with our vendors (Northstar, Fidelity, etc.). Including, in partnership with our compensation team, oversee deployment of Snap’s total rewards statements.

  • Keep abreast of current trends and regulations in the related benefit programs.

  • Be the point person for employee questions and answers.

  • Support our Health & Welfare programs as needed while collaborating with your fellow benefit team members.

  • Participate in Consultant Management with our Benefits Manager.

  • Lead new and/or existing benefit program implementation and enhancement efforts.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to understand the wellbeing needs in their organization, iterate support and ensure consistent messaging to team members as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience with leave administration and paid time off program design

  • Experience with building and iterating corporate wellness programs 

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and is able to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while using company policies and practices to analyze situations, spot potential issues and determine appropriate action

  • Experience mentoring or managing team members

  • In depth knowledge of various well-being and benefit initiatives and compliance

  • Act as a change agent to drive large scale improvements to the global well-being program

  • Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 5+ years of experience with high volume benefits and well-being 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of gathering and analyzing data to support program strategies, workstream processes, and service delivery

  • Innovative, creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize a process

  • Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to partner with others, ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent team member experience

  • Experience working for a hyper growth company 

For NY based applicants: 

  • The standard base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000

  • This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash bonus

  • This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
