Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving business process improvements and leading project delivery from the analysis phase through to implementation. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance business operations and deliver substantial business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business needs and requirements
• Facilitate effective communication between business units and IT teams
• Develop comprehensive business cases to support change initiatives
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management
• Ensure alignment of business strategies and project objectives
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts in their professional growth
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve business analysis practices
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on business processes and systems
• Advocate for best practices in business analysis across the organization
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve business efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analysis
• At least one year of experience in leading and managing teams
• Proficient in managing requirements and changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Skilled in managing the approval and prioritization of requirements
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across the business analysis process
• Expertise in documenting and maintaining BA artifacts
• Proven ability to elicit critical information from diverse sources
• Awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its impact on business analysis
• Capable of estimating efforts required for business analysis activities
• Experience in planning and executing professional development for business analysis teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic business solutions
• Fluent English skills at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare or financial domains is highly advantageous
• Experience with Agile methodologies is beneficial
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools is desirable
