We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst specializing in EIS to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the utilization of the EIS Suite and improving business processes across various functional areas. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing business analysis tasks throughout the project lifecycle and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with client staff, and onshore/offshore delivery resources to document business cases and design solutions
• Develop requirement specifications and business process specifications for the EIS application suite
• Communicate functional requirements clearly to the development team
• Provide strategic advice on EIS Suite functionality to minimize customization
• Support the creation of comprehensive documentation for all business activities
• Conduct thorough business analysis throughout project phases, focusing on both details and the overall project landscape
• Independently produce high-quality business analysis artifacts and perform related tasks
• Manage personal task assignments and propose enhancements for other project components when needed
• Mentor and support junior Business Analysts and maintain strong collaboration with development and QA teams
• Effectively escalate critical issues to senior business analysts
• Lead and participate in requirements gathering, clarification, and sign-off sessions with clients
• Recommend and implement improvements in business requirements acquisition processes or methodologies
• Take responsibility for the success of business analysis activities and outputs in specific project segments or workstreams
• Tackle complex business analysis assignments that require in-depth knowledge of EIS Suite and substantial practical experience

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in documenting BA artifacts
• Competency in EIS PolicyCore v12 and v20, as well as EIS Rating v20
• Advanced skills in business process documentation and functional requirements communication
• Expertise in managing tasks independently and providing strategic solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external clients
• Capability to lead sessions on requirements gathering and participate actively in client interactions
• Deep knowledge of the EIS Suite for advising on best practices and avoiding unnecessary customizations
• Ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues through project challenges and solutions
