Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of on-premise infrastructure to Azure
- Design and implement cloud strategies and reference architectures
- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform and ARM templates
- Manage cloud deployments and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Ensure infrastructure security by implementing best practices and proactive measures
- Maintain and optimize Linux server environments
- Configure and manage network setups including VNETs, subnetting, NSGs, routing, and firewalls
- Utilize build automation tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, and ADO
- Facilitate container orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Create comprehensive technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate project timelines, dependencies, and progress
- 3+ years of technical experience in development, operations, or full-stack implementations
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Azure cloud services
- Proficiency in developing infrastructure as code, specifically with Terraform and ARM templates
- Advanced knowledge in Linux server administration
- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals including VNETs, subnetting, NSGs, routing, firewalls, and DNS
- Competency in build automation tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform, and ADO
- Experience in applying security best practices in infrastructure and application setups
- Skills in container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Background in working within an Agile Scrum framework
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
