Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Cloud Network Engineer/Architect who will be responsible for design, test, implementation /support / troubleshooting large scale enterprise networking using Meraki, Cisco, Infoblox, Cloud networks, SolarWinds.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize and configure traffic and security monitoring tools and reviewing logs and activity, alerting the team of any irregularities
- Troubleshoot any network issues that arise and perform regular network health checks to cut down on potential problems
- Superior Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocol troubleshooting ability, specifically with using protocol analyzers and/or sniffers.
- Network experience using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet, Frame Relay, ATM, OSPF, VoIP, BGP and any Network security tools, packet analyzers.
- Drive timely closure of Incidents, Changes and Service Requests within SLAs and priorities.
- Working within the datacenter environment to perform rack and stack and cabling as needed
- Assisting with interviewing, hiring decisions, training, and mentoring employees
- Create, update and Maintain network architecture diagrams
- Assist with the design of network and equipment, creating diagrams for reference
- Orchestrate implementations and upgrades of network equipment, gathering requirements from cross-functional teams
- Offer suggestions for improvements related to software, hardware, design, etc.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 14+ years' experience in design, test, implementation /support / troubleshooting large scale enterprise networking
- Manage and Deployed Network Projects using Meraki, Cisco, Infoblox, Cloud networks, SolarWinds
- Expert understanding of network topologies and protocols, including BGP, HSRP, OSPF, and MPLS
- Experience configuring and supporting VPN, VPN Posturing, VLAN, LAN, and WAN, maintaining Meraki devices and Fortinet firewalls
- Experience in Designing integrated network solution across on-premises and public clouds
- Experience working on AWS WAN / Azure WAN Cloud environments
- Experience with network security tools to include monitoring network traffic, security alerts, identifying potential threats and instructions, notifying the team of any potential anomalies, etc.
- Experience with tools like Solarwinds, Infoblox, load balancing and disaster recovery and establishing ExpressRoute, Direct Connect.
- Experience supporting an enterprise network with multiple datacenters
- Knowledge and understanding of Open Systems Interconnection and Azure ExpressRoute/ AWS direct connects
- Good understanding of Network Security and protocols
- Have managed Projects independently and Interacted with Architects, Vendors, and Client leadership
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- PMP or Prince knowledge
- Project Management tools and status reporting
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer Networking or similar field, or equivalent experience
- CCNP or equivalent certification preferred
