Lead Consultant - Maximo Functional

Infosys is seeking a Senior Maximo Functional Lead. As a Senior Maximo Functional Lead, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related IBM Maximo & MAS 8/9. You will be responsible for Solution Design, Development, Testing of Maximo 7.6/ MAS 8/9 with Transportation industry or relevant Maximo Addons or Industry solution Implementation Experience, providing Functional consultation on the application, Integration and reports of enterprise solution for IBM Maximo implementation with the objective of high-quality & value adding solutions to customer within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. • • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 10 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

• 10+ years experienced Maximo (7.6/ MAS 8/9) Functional Lead with transportation add on - and experience in upgrade and transformational projects - in the domain of Rail Road, transportation, fleet management, Utilities etc..
• Experience in Participation in defining the L1, L2, L3 Business Process and mapping to Maximo functionalities
• Experience in Conducting Requirement workshops and documenting Business Requirement
• Experience in Defining the business solution, identifying the gaps and providing the workarounds
• Experience in Collaborating with legacy system owners for Integration mapping, Data Modelling and Migration
• Experience in Developing the test scenarios and test scripts
• Experience in Working with the Testing team during test execution
• Experience in Data migration experience informatica and MIF framework
• Experience in Experience in Data modeling for BI reporting and hands on BIRT experience
• Experience in Expertise & working knowledge in Maximo Asset Management (Solution design, development and implementation)
• Experience in Working knowledge of capabilities in the IBM Maximo EAM/APM solution and Maximo Integration Framework
• Experience in Working closely with different stakeholders and portfolio leads, business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
• Experience in Leads Asset Management processes and technical design, build, testing and training. Documents all internal and external interface requirements.
• Experience in Working together with various vendor partners for the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
• Experience in knowledge of Proposal Preparation & its associated activities.
• Experience in Upgrade experience, MAS, Mobile experience is an added advantage.

• Experience of EAM business processes in other domains
• Experience of working in Agile projects
