We are looking for a skilled Lead Data Engineer to become an integral part of our vibrant team.
In this role, you will take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will oversee a team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient data integration solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain client-specific data integration solutions
• Oversee a team of engineers to guarantee high-quality, scalable, and efficient delivery of data integration solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and create suitable data integration solutions
• Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of data integration solutions
• Create and update documentation, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and data mappings
• Stay informed and up-to-date with the latest data integration methods and tools

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8-13 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or related fields
• Proficiency in cloud-native or Spark-based ETL tools such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or GCP Dataflow
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Background in Snowflake for cloud data warehousing
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in leading a team of engineers on data integration projects
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level

• Background in ETL using Python
