Team Introduction
The Trust and Safety (TnS) platform team is responsible for protecting our users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. With the continuous efforts of our trust and safety platform team, TikTok can provide the best user experience and bring joy to everyone in the world. Our team is responsible for achieving goals by building moderation desktop applications, Low-code engine & platform, and all kinds of supportive platforms across TnS organization.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for optimizing scalability, reliability and responsiveness of web-based application pages, and to deliver compelling end user experience.
- Keep at the forefront of emerging web-based technologies and trends, research and evaluate the latest web development frameworks, apply new technologies to drive iterative product improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and above.
- More than 3 years management experience, (including) more than 2 years cross-boarder team management experience.
- The main job skills are front-end. Technology: React or Vue, Webpack or Rollup, Node.js or Golang.
- Have a good sense of business and technology.
- Good communication skills and able to handle meetings across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Major in Computer Science or related.
- Working experience in a large Internet company. (numbers of employees greater than 1000)
- Familiar with Open Source, Server Side technology, Low Code, etc.
- With toB business experience.
