Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (Java+Python)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer with proficiency in Java and Python to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in applying AI/ML technologies to a wide range of software engineering tasks that involve server, web, and mobile development and management. Responsibilities

• Research, test, and implement AI/ML applications to enhance development productivity, streamline workflows, and automate tasks
• Gather and preprocess data to prepare models for evaluation and training
• Implement various AI/ML algorithms, prompting strategies, and techniques to improve model outputs based on feedback and real-world application
• Create detailed technical documentations concerning AI/ML infrastructure, evaluations, and implementations
• Effectively communicate findings and results to stakeholders
• Work in collaboration with other software engineering teams and vendors to boost overall project success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java or Kotlin
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in Python and background in AI/ML model development
• Capability to document complex processes and technical details
• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing technology environment
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Proficiency in mobile development
• Background in server management
• Understanding of web development techniques
