We are developing next generation wireless asset tracking solutions. You will be part of a team that develops high reliability hardware and systems to provide customers with real time location data for all of their high value assets. Our solution uses minimal infrastructure to track locations of assets combining machine learning and other localization techniques. We are currently tracking hundreds of thousands of assets and processing more than 2 million messages per day.

Responsibilities
You will lead the development of next generation asset tracking hardware.Â
- Lead cross functional development projects
- Interface with product, field, and business stakeholders to develop technical and product requirements
- Meet product function and cost objectives by creating innovative hardware and firmware designs
- Contribute to PCB level designs using Altium
- Specificity and work with Mechanical Engineers to develop electronic enclosures
- Develop and execute EVT, DVT, and PVT plans
- Design products that can be manufactured and tested in high volume production
- Test and qualify prototype products using bench tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, temperature chambers and PC test software
Required Skills and Experience
- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 10 years of industry experience
- Experience with PCB design and simulation tools. We use Altium.
- Documented work using C, C++, Python in real-time embedded systems
- Comfortable working in Linux terminals and headless environments
- Experience in wireless communications and RF engineering
- Experience in low power, battery operated product design using ARM MCUs
- Familiarity with high volume product development and processes
- Experience using IC level protocols, such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN.
- Good communication skills
- Eager to learn and expand your skill set
