Closinglock is looking for a Lead Implementation Manager to join our team. This individual will manage a growing team of 4 Implementation managers while managing their own select book of business to successfully onboard customers on to Closinglock's platform. They will own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing, and coordinating Closinglock and client activities, tracking progress, and managing risks throughout the implementation phase.
What you'll do:
- Lead a growing team of Implementation Managers to successfully help clients to create and execute implementation plans that are completed within a deadline and with the highest customer satisfaction
- Report and manage key implementation metrics including customer adoption, time to value, and implementation bandwidth
- Manage your own select book of business with some of Closinglocks largest customers.
- Drive key activities during the implementation process to train our clients and drive the adoption of our platform.
- Coordinate internally with our Sales and Product teams to complete account creation and setup to drive usage during implementation.
- Develop and maintains expertise on the Closinglock platform.
- Follow established standard procedures, ensuring consistency from implementation to implementation.
- Work closely with company leadership to constantly evaluate and improve the onboarding experience.
- Provide end-user training via Zoom and on-site with customers.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in implementing B2B SaaS software solutions
- Experience working on or ideally managing a high performing team
- Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
- Strong client and relationship focus with proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with staff at all levels
- Tech savvy - previous experience in a technical role a plus
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple groups, including internal and external teams, and manage expectations
- Past experience in the real estate or title industry is a huge plus but not a requirement
- Travel required up to 15%
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
