Looking for Siemens EDA ambassadors: Senior/Lead Member Technical Staff

This is your role.

Your role involves designing, developing, modifying, and implementing software solutions for both internal and external products, with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations, achieving high-quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery. You will ensure the functional excellence of the released product across all required platforms and mechanisms. This requires a deep understanding of complex products, solutions, and challenges. Additionally, you will create, document, and execute software designs, often involving intricate workflows or spanning multiple product areas.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of digital design fundamentals
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Object-Oriented Programming
  • Exceptional skills in algorithm analysis and development
  • Expertise in utilizing optimal data structures

Soft skills

  • Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Dedicated, hardworking, and committed to excellence
  • Open to providing and receiving constructive feedback for continuous improvement

Good to have

• Familiarity with synthesis, simulation, and other verification methodologies

• Basic understanding of at least one HDL, such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, or SystemC

Experience/ Education

Responsible for the development of FPGA synthesis solutions, requiring a B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Instrumentation & Control, along with 3-5 years of proven experience.
