We are seeking a Lead Modern Workplace Engineer to spearhead our projects involving the full suite of M365 technologies.
In this role, the ideal candidate will guide the development and architecture of complex M365 solutions within our multinational corporation, demonstrating leadership and advanced technical skills.

• Oversee and lead the development of M365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Take charge of DevSecOps processes using tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Write and maintain code in JavaScript, C#, PowerShell scripting, and TypeScript for various M365 projects
• Train and influence business users, leading the strategy for behavior change
• Provide third-level support for technical issues, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution
• Manage and coach a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
• Set high personal standards of performance, seeking out new challenges and initiating activities
• Remain calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask in diverse and multicultural environments

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecting and developing complex M365 solutions in international environments
• Proven ability in leading a DevOps engineering team
• Relevant certifications in M365 technologies
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and SCRUM
• Proficient in programming with JavaScript, C#, PowerShell scripting, and TypeScript
• Competent in using DevSecOps tools including GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
• Exceptional people management skills with a how-to-do attitude
