Lead MuleSoft Developer (Salesforce)

We are looking for an experienced Lead MuleSoft Developer with a specialization in Salesforce to become a vital part of our telecommunications project team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in data integration, enhancing the performance and scalability of the MuleSoft platform.

Responsibilities

• Engage closely with a team comprising 6-10 members and coordinate with external vendors to develop on the Salesforce/MuleSoft platform
• Take an active part in frequent meetings with client managers and our development team to discuss project requirements and progress
• Utilize exemplary communication skills to convey concepts clearly and promote teamwork towards achieving shared objectives
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and adjust to changes in a fast-paced setting
• Perform technical research, analyze the results, and recommend solutions for optimization
• Design and implement new features and improvements based on feedback from analysts and product owners
• Offer continuous support, enhance and optimize existing features and refactor during the maintenance phase

Requirements

• Proficiency in MuleSoft platform with over 5 years of professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Background in managing high data volumes and executing complex business logic
• Knowledge of systems integration including third-party systems along with prowess in diagnosing and solving challenging issues
• Strong demonstrated communication skills for effective intra-team collaboration
• Capability to work within strict deadlines and manage routine responsibilities with attentiveness and precision
• Advanced fluency in English with B2+ communication skills
