Job Description

We are in search of a talented and seasoned Lead MuleSoft Engineer to enhance our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the integration and deployment of MuleSoft solutions that are critical to boosting business operations and driving technological advancement. Your leadership will play a key role in defining our integration approach and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the planning and execution of integration projects utilizing MuleSoft technologies
  • Supervise the entire development process from initial analysis to final deployment and ongoing support
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of MuleSoft developers while promoting a team-oriented environment
  • Uphold coding, testing, and deployment best practices within the team
  • Design, build, and maintain APIs using Anypoint Platform to facilitate effective data integration
  • Work alongside various departmental teams to tailor integration solutions to meet business objectives
  • Perform thorough code reviews to ensure superior software quality
  • Identify and address complex technical challenges
  • Promote ongoing enhancement efforts within the team to optimize integration processes
  • Keep abreast of new developments and features in the MuleSoft ecosystem

  • A minimum of 5 years of MuleSoft development experience
  • Over one year of leadership and team management experience
  • Mastery of Mule Runtime for optimal environment configuration and management
  • Proficiency in managing and deploying applications on MuleSoft CloudHub
  • Expertise in DataWeave for effective data transformation
  • Proficiency in utilizing Anypoint Exchange for API sharing and consumption
  • Skilled in Anypoint Design Center for crafting API specifications and connectors
  • Experience with Anypoint API Manager for API security and management
  • Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
  • Experience in enterprise software architecture design
  • Holders of MuleSoft or related technical certifications
