As our Lead Portfolio Management, your role will be to optimize the performance of the financing portfolio by guiding our soon-to-be-formed Portfolio Management team within the Credit Risk team. You'll be the first member of this team and report directly to our VP of Risk Products.

Your contribution to our success 🤓

• You will be in charge of monitoring the financing portfolio
• You will enhance and develop our monitoring processes and structures
• You will manage day-to-day operations, including task handling and request management 
• You will collaborate closely with our Sales & Account Management teams
• You will handle high-priority companies in the financing portfolio, driving the communication and determining the best path forward
• You will process funding requests and changes to funding plans for portfolio companies

Who we are looking for 🕵🏽‍♀️

• You have a background in Asset Based Lending, Commercial or Corporate credit or Relationship management, leveraged finance, restructuring/workout
• You have experience with loan structuring and documentation
• You have experience in client communication and dealing with fast changing situations
• You have people management experience
• You are looking to apply your skills and experience in a dynamic working environment, where you can leverage modern technology to perform your responsibilities 
• You are highly (self-)organized, and maintain attention to detail when it matters most
• You are a Native German speaker and fluent in English
• Experience with SME loan portfolios is a plus
• You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
