Job Description

As the Lead Product Designer at top.legal, you hold the highest design authority within the company, responsible for defining the overarching UX and UI strategy and vision. Your role involves leading the UX team, setting design standards, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. You will advocate for user-centered design across the organization, influence product strategy, and mentor a team of talented designers. This position offers a unique platform to shape the future of our products and UX culture in an environment that values innovation, quality, and impactful design.

Qualifications

Basic requirements: 

• Strong curiosity 

• Strong sense of ownership 

• Leading at least > 4 designers in a cross-functional team 

• > 3 years of experience with Material Design (MUI)

• Hands-on experience with building components in Figma 

• Strong capability of user testing methodologies 

• Strong understanding of storybook

• Solving contract management problems 3> years

• Track record of solving AI-use cases

• Introduction of design systems and managing the transition
