We're seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager to join our high-performing team at UKG. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our market-leading HCM products, specifically our healthcare scheduling product, impacting the lives of millions of employees worldwide.
You will collaborate closely with senior product leadership to define and execute a compelling product strategy that delivers exceptional value to our customers. You will help develop the product roadmap, focused on innovation and customer centricity. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
β’ Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
β’ Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
β’ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
β’ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
β’ Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team
Minimum required qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS applications within an Agile environment
β’ Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, enterprise highly preferred
** We work in a hybrid model. 3 days per week in the office is required when not traveling. Local candidates highly preferred
Preferred:
β’ Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The pay range for this position is $122,600 to $176,250, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
