Summary
In this active talent function role, you will work closely with hiring managers, the HR team, and senior leadership to identify the staffing needs and fill a variety of roles within all disciplines. Types of roles will fall within management, operations, finance, IT, technology, marketing, call centers, sales and business development, and more as we grow!
You will oversee the full life-cycle recruitment process for roles in our contact center, and remote professional & call center roles across the country.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily recruiting operations function while serving as a seasoned recruiter on designated roles.
- Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and the company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, summarizing feedback, and making hiring recommendations
- Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within the applicant tracking system
- Organize and/or attend career fairs either on-site or virtually
- Develop talent acquisition strategies with hiring managers, including ongoing follow-up and course correction.
- Display a sense of urgency and go-getter style with the ability to move quickly on newly approved roles. Improve upon and use a systematic approach to filling roles once a req is approved.
- Recognize the need and deploy passive sourcing skills for more difficult-to-fill roles.
- Assess talent at every level for skill, behavioral, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate offer process from creation through negotiation, offer extension, and acceptance in conjunction with the hiring team.
- Contribute to the development and success of the recruitment team by coaching, modeling best practices, assigning requisitions, and implementing sound recruitment processes. Upskill and develop less experienced recruiters.

- Three (3) plus years current or recent industry experience as a corporate recruiter handling high volume roles in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Experience within the Call Center space.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Knowledge of HR policy and procedure as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Skill in direct, internet, and networking sourcing
- Skill in conducting and facilitating job fairs and recruiting events
- Ability to be well organized and to perform under minimal supervision
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
- This position can be performed anywhere in the United States, except in Colorado
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of requirements.
