We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Salesforce Primary Cloud Engineer to lead our Salesforce development team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the effective use of Salesforce technologies to optimize our business processes. This role demands someone with a deep passion for Salesforce and its capabilities to deliver exceptional results.

• Lead the Salesforce team to optimize and customize various Salesforce Clouds
• Utilize out of the box (OOB) solutions and configurations for process enhancement
• Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, LWC, and APIs
• Oversee the management of Salesforce communities including Customer, Employee and Partner communities
• Define and implement the data sharing model, including custom sharing and sharing calculations
• Manage asynchronous Apex development including Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Batch Apex, and Future Methods
• Maintain high standards for software version control using GIT
• Implement and support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
• Work within an agile development framework to deliver high-quality software
• Maintain attention to detail in all coding and development activities
• Participate in code reviews and encourage pair programming within the team
• Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and confidently to team members and stakeholders

• 8 to 12 years of experienced in software development with a strong focus on Salesforce technologies
• Expertise in various Salesforce Clouds, with a preference for Sales and Service Clouds
• Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, LWC, and APIs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce communities including Customer, Employee and Partner communities
• Experience in defining and implementing data sharing models
• Background in asynchronous Apex development
• Familiarity with software version control using GIT and adherence to CI/CD practices
• Agile development experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Openness to code reviews and pair programming
• Clear, concise communication skills with fluency in English
