We are seeking a Lead Software Developer to join our team.
The Lead Full Stack Java Developer with Oracle Database and ReactJS experience will lead the Development team, working with UI Developers, DB Developers, DevOps, and UI Automation Testers. With 9 to 13 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front-end development team, providing technical expertise in Java, Oracle, and ReactJS. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities are essential for this role.

• Design solutions and develop new functionality, collaborating with front-end developers
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop technical solutions
• Provide hands-on coding support and review code to ensure best practices and high-quality standards
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to resolve any roadblocks or challenges

• 9 to 13 years of experience in Java, Oracle, and ReactJS development
• Prior experience leading a front-end development team or similar role
• Proficiency in Java 8, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservice Architecture Pattern, ReactJS, and Design patterns
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Capability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work effectively under pressure
• B2+ English level

• Knowledge of Microservice Architecture Pattern and Oracle Database Platform
• Experience in JavaScript and ReactJS development
