Responsibilities

•Expense management incl invoice handling and travel expense settlement

•Travel booking and visa handling

•Maintain tasks e.g., org charts, subscriptions, sharepoint sites

•Point of contact for administrative questions and requests

•Venue booking for meetings/offsites

•Order of gifts/flowers

•Update of distribution lists

•On and offboarding of employees within the teams 

SOM Administration Responsibilities

•Coordinating and Managing Senior Visitors to the site.

•Arranging meeting rooms and required facilities and IT support.

•Coordinating and arranging events for all business units at site.

•Coordinating and arranging for all offsite events for the business units

•Seeking feedback from all visiting leaders and business units

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant

- Proficient in using MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

- Comfortable and confident in supporting an international supervisor

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Willingness to work in Pasig City.
