Position Summary:
Bunge is focused on accelerating leadership development across the enterprise, from emerging leaders to executive level leadership. This role will benchmark leadership and succession management processes and use that information build innovative leadership development solutions across Bunge.

Position Summary:

Core Functions:
- Research best practices and industry trends related to leadership development and determine how they might fit at Bunge
- Understand development needs identified through the talent review process
- Build innovative leadership development solutions internally or through partnerships
- Manage vendor relationships
- Evaluate leadership programs to determine effectiveness
- Support digital journey with leadership development as needed
Skill/Experience Requirements:
- BS/BA in related field, DDI certification preferred
- 3-5 years in an organization with innovative development
- Experience developing virtual, classroom and blended learning using adult learning methodologies
- Ability to work in a global organization and influence effectively
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to research and implement new training tools or products
