License Compliance Sales

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design,simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

Key Responsibilities:

l As part of the LC sales team, generate revenue against quota through the identification, pursuit and conversion of pirated or otherwise unauthorised software licenses for assigned small region, vertical or account(s).

l Communicate knowledgeably with the customer on SISW products and services, educating them on SISW business practices and contractual implications associated with software contracts and license compliance.

l Maintain strong relationships with the SISW sales teams and transfer leads to the appropriate sales representative to conclude settlement.

l Provides guidance to Sales Representatives in Country on license compliance, auditing and remediation as required.

l Work largely undertaken by developing customer relationships through face-to-face contact and site visits to facilitate software license compliance.

l Works on projects/assignments of small to medium scope. Typically works under miminal supervision, using own judgement to make independent decisions.

Qualifications:

l At least 5 year experience in LC sales, major account sales experience CAE, PLM or related field

l Education BSEE or BSCS, Top tier university graduate

l Consecutive year good sales performance of making number

l Excellent English speaking and communication skill

l Experiences in multi-national companies a plus

l Sales training such as TAS, Solution selling, competitive selling as plus
