Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling leads provided by company, guiding clients through the complexities of Medicare plans, ensuring they understand their options and helping them make informed decisions. This role requires strong sales skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to analyze various insurance products to meet client needs. *$13.50/hour + 20% commission *Renewals Paid on all qualifying business *1st year agents average $55,000/2nd year agents average $80,000+ *Remote after 2 week training *Inbound leads *Strong leads provided & includes support *No Cold Calling Duties • Call leads and educate clients about Medicare options and benefits, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Maintain relationships with existing clients. • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plans based on their individual circumstances. • Assist clients with the enrollment process and provide ongoing support throughout the year. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in accordance with company policies. • Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new product offerings. Requirements • Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry. • Strong understanding of Medicare policies, benefits administration, and related regulations. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to clients. • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client populations. • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools is beneficial.
