Licensed Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing, remodeling, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues. • Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. • Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. • Conduct pipe threading and other mechanical tasks as required. • Respond promptly to service calls for plumbing emergencies or repairs. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites. Requirements • Proven experience in repair plumbing , constuction and remodeling projects. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. • Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and tools. • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. • Ability to read and understand schematics related to plumbing installations. • A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
