SALES LEADER APM SEGMENT

Leads sales organization in achieving business objectives by developing relationships with customers and stakeholders within the marketplace. Provides leadership for the sales team in establishing sales strategy, planning and monitoring sales activities, increasing productivity of sales representatives, improving profitability, and creating opportunities to maximize long-term customer relationships. This position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and demonstrated leadership skills as well as strong knowledge of industry practices and standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities SALES LEADER APM SEGMENT:

• Establishes strategies for closing sales and promoting new products or services
• Develops and implements effective sales plans to increase market share
• Manages all phases of selling process to ensure high volume of sales
• Reviews reports on sales trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Negotiates contracts and sets prices
• Acts as liaison between sales force and other departments such as marketing and finance
• Recruits and trains staff
• Resolves customer complaints
• Maintains good working relationship with distributors/customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required; Master's degree preferred
• Five or more years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of computer software packages, especially Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%)
• Fluent English both written and spoken

Deep and broad expertise of entire BU product portfolio, how it addresses customer needs
and how it compares to competitor offerings
• In-depth understanding of BU strategy and business model the competitive landscape and
market environments of own territory/accounts
• Applies industry knowledge and sales experience to direct achievement of financial goals
• Expert understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to
EW medical products as it relates to the business
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate
issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work
environment
• Strong network of relationships with critical decision makers in assigned accounts and in
the market
• Seen as strategic resource to customers organization based on ability to develop
innovative, mutually beneficial partnerships and solutions
