The Role:We are hiring Life Insurance and Annuities Sales Representatives for an entry-level position. We offer qualified, subsidized leads and competitive commissions, with day-one vesting. What We’re Looking For: • Licensed Insurance AgentsorSales Professionalswith a minimum of an associate's degree (or equivalent experience). • If you’re not yet licensed, no worries – we provide some of the best training in the industry for new agents. • A proven track record in outside sales is a plus, but not required. Compensation: • On-Target Earningsfor the first year: $91,000 - $150,000, with additional earning potential based on performance.
